Our shelters are taking a seasonal break for maintenance and improvements to enhance your experience. Reservations will reopen on the first Monday in February at 9:00 AM. You can submit a request using the form below, or call or text Customer Experience at 815‑987‑8800
We will respond to all requests in the order they are received, typically contacting you 1 to 2 weeks before the official reopening date. *Filling out this form does not complete your reservation. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received, and payment must be made at the time of booking.
