  •  The Rockford Park District is proud to offer the 39th year of Live at Levings summer concert series! Live at Levings features a variety of musical performances, with select concerts preceded by a talent competition featuring various performers such as singers, dancers, rappers, comedians, magicians, and more great acts.

    VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

    Your contributions as a vendor are greatly appreciated. To minimize competition and maximize your profits, we will do our best not to have duplicate businesses at any event. 

    Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to event date.

    The Park District currently recognizes Pepsi-Cola as the exclusive nonalcoholic beverage provider forth 2025 season. Any Gatorade, soda, or water sales must be Pepsi products in 20-ounce plastic bottles. Any juice must be Pepsi products in a 12-ounce bottle. For consistency in event pricing, water must be sold at $2.00 per bottle, juice at $2.50 per bottle, and soda/Gatorade at $3.00 per bottle. No canned or glass bottled beverages will be allowed without written approval from the Live at Levings manager or designated Rockford Park District official. The only exception is for Jarritos. Jarritos may be sold in 12.5-ounce glass bottles at $3.00 per bottle.

    No electric outlets will be available. Vendors must bring their own generator if electricity is needed.

  • $100.00 per event date, invoiced and paid through Square App. Payment will be due no later than two weeks prior to event date.

    Must submit copies of Food Handling Certificate, Winnebago County Food Permit, and Certificate of Insurance with $1M in general liability and lists the Rockford Park District as additional insured.

    ONE TIME DISCOUNT PRICE OF $800.00 FOR ALL EVENTS if vendor form and payment are submitted by May 31, 2025.

     

  • $50.00 per event date, invoiced and paid through Square App Payment will be due no later than two weeks prior to event date.

    Must submit the Rockford Park District Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Waiver. Vendors selling homemade non-perishable food items must submit copies of Food Handling Certificate and Winnebago County Cottage Food Permit.

    Vendors selling pre-packaged food items must submit a Winnebago County Special Event Permit and provide a receipt of the permit.

    Vendor space 10’x10’. Vendors provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.

    ONE TIME DISCOUNT PRICE OF $400.00 FOR ALL EVENTS if vendor form and payment are submitted by May 31, 2025.

  • If you will be a merchandise/small refreshment vendor please complete the Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Waiver available the at the end of this form.

    • Certificate of Insurance
    • Winnebago County Cottage Food Permit (if applicable)
